Finally I can show you a before/after story. Our big summer project! The house we live in is over 100 years old and one of the many outbuildings is an old chicken coop, we do not use. However, since the sandbox is next to it, I always wanted to make something for my girlie out of the coop.
Mein Mann schnitt eine Tür und ein Fenster aus und legte einen Estrich rein.
My husband cut out a door and a window and put in a clean floor.
Dann wurde das Häuschen nach Töchterleins Wunsch Lila und Rosa angemalt.
Then the house was painted pink and purple after the wish of our little daughter.
Reste der Terrassenüberdachung dienten als Fensterscheibe.
Remains of the terrace roof served as window glass.
Noch eine Tür dazu und fertig!

Natürlich dürfen ein paar Verhübschungen nicht fehlen.

Die Kleine und ich sind sehr stolz auf meinen Mann, dass er das so gut hinbekommen hat. Ich darf jetzt den Innenausbau in die Hand nehmen.
Girlie and I are very proud of my husband that he has doing the transformation so good. I must now take the interior into the hand.
